This is a very well-detailed Tibetan Buddhist thangka painting of the Buddhist goddess of compassion and healing, White Tara (Sita Tara) who is known to bring a blessing of long life and inner harmony. She sits on a lotus, holding a blue utpala flower (symbolic of wisdom), her unusual seven eyes making her compassionate to the aware, so this White Tara seven eyes thangka makes a perfect subject of a meditative focus group, prayer, and mindful living spaces.
At the top, Buddha and other deities are blessing the visitors whereas in the bottom, a guardian figure is strengthening the use of the thangka as the protective thangka wall paintings in the sacred spaces.
